Born in Pengosekan, Ubud around 1940. he learned painting from his brothers. I Wayan Gedot and Iketut Liyer. His subjects often followed Gedot’s whice are the animal life in rice field and farm, suck as cows, cricket and birds. These animals lived close to people. Deformation of  forms and colours in minimalist style create a distinct feature in Kebut’s personal style. His work has been exhibited in Bali.
